Should digital well-being support be treated like a routine public-health service?
Routine does not mean dramatic. A pediatrician can ask about sleep, harassment, compulsive use, and family conflict in two minutes, then offer help when something is off. The [WHO's 2026 guidance](https://www.who.int/westernpacific/newsroom/events/overview/item/2026/04/16/western-pacific-events/mental-health-and-digital-use-for-youth) calls for youth-centered solutions across health, education, and digital systems. That is prevention, not a diagnosis for owning a phone.
